It all started on a snow day in 2018…
with a bottle of wine, a bowl of cheese popcorn, and a notebook of ideas (some great and some terrible). 3 years later, after a lot of hard work, dedication and laughter, the card game Hide Your Nuts was finished.
Ashley
Ashley is a school-based occupational therapist from Bay City, MI. She grew up in a family that loves playing board games, yard games, sports and all things competitive. She is known for being creative, goofy and energetic.
Ashley & Ariel are first-time game designers who met working for a school district in metro-Detroit. They bonded over a shared love of playing games and have been best friends ever since. This friendship grew into a business partnership which led to the creation of Hide Your Nuts.
Ariel
Ariel is a school-based speech language pathologist from Rives Junction, MI. She grew up playing games and can prove it by her floor-to-ceiling collection of games. Ariel is known for being passionate, caring and always having her ducks in a row.
